Why do I eat like this? I can't lose weight?

For a start, the sabotage is happening because you're being too conscious of your intake. You should instead be watching how your body feels when eating. Only eat till you are satisfied, not to satisfy a chart or a graph. Doing so forces you to crave certain things which over time causes you to eat more of a lot of junk. You may also want to try getting out of the house more and steer clear of food shops.
