Need help with a Waiver for the National Guard?

I wrote a question a week ago explaining my situation so Im not going to go into great detail. I am trying to get a waiver to join the California Army National Guard. I received a RE 4 JHJ from the Navy Reserves in 2007. I know I messed up big time but I am serious about reenlisting and I also know its more than likely not going to happen but I am still holding out hope. Does anyone know if the California Guard is accepting waivers for RE 4s? Or if there are any states accepting RE 4s? I have wrote a letter to United States Army Recruiting Command a week ago explaining my situation and I am waiting for a response. Any help and advice would be appreciated.

Okay so I work with this guy, He is 31 and I am 25. Now I know this is going to sound pretty pathetic, but we both want to kiss each other but are afraid to make the move.
