Why are conservatives in the private sector sabotaging the economy by not hiring workers to spite Pres. Obama?

What you erroneously take to be ill intent is in fact nothing more than businesses reacting to the uncertainty created by President Obama's economic policies, including but not limited to Obamacare. Businesses don't know what to expect next from the current administration; therefore, they are not hiring because such a move could potentially entail expenses that they cannot handle with the prospect of still more regulations (and with them, the costs of compliance) coming down the pike.
