12 x 12 or 12 x 16 dance floor for 75 guests or less?

We are going to reserve a 20x20 frame tent and pricing dance floors. A 12x12 is $288 and 12x16 is $384. We are going to have 75 guests ( alot of non dancers) or less for the reception and tables will be very few and not under the tent. Only the DJ will need to be under the tent with the dance floor. I am getting so much mixed information from people and different websites. I want to save money but insure the best deal for the price. Thanks! :D
