(10 pts...)Plzzz help... How Do I....?

Okay so I work with this guy, He is 31 and I am 25. Now I know this is going to sound pretty pathetic, but we both want to kiss each other but are afraid to make the move. But I decided I am going to make the move. Since he is taking tooooo long to to do it. I think most of reason is because of our cultural differences, he's from Russia, and is more reserved. I am from US, and are bi-racial of course. American ways!!! lol.. But we are both christian and have same beliefs. We are in the property mgmt business. He does maintenance, I work in office! So what are some good ideas to get him alone so I can just kiss him. A good passionate one! BTW: Our employer knows about us and is perfectly fine with it!!! We are just shy people
